Paris Hilton has responded angrily to individuals who have cruelly made fun of her infant son Phoenix.
The American socialite is well-known for her party lifestyle and reality TV show The Simple Life. Her great-grandfather founded the Hilton hotels.
The 42-year-old and her partner Carter Reum welcomed their child earlier this year through a surrogate.
However, Hilton’s infant has become the target of offensive trolling due to a seemingly innocent family photo from a recent vacation.
The perfume business owner posted a number of pictures from Phoenix’s first trip to New York City on Instagram.
Fans of Hilton took to the comments to say how cute her son looked, with one writing: “He literally looks like an angel. Like he looks like he was born with a kind pure heart.”

But, similar to today’s social media, some individuals felt they had nothing better to say and cruelly commented on Phoenix’s head size.
This led to people defending Hilton and her son, with one person writing: “How can people bully a baby? What is wrong with you? It’s an innocent little baby.”
Another person adds: “IMAGINE being an adult making fun of an innocent baby! Sad world we live in.”
“Some of you on these comments are sorry excuses for human beings,” slams a third.
Someone else defends Hilton’s son, writing: “I am so ashamed that there are so many adults here bullying not alone Paris but her son who is a baby.
“Remember if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.”
Hilton herself has even issued a response, saying: “There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy.
“And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain.”
Hilton and Reum were acquaintances in their twenties, but they got back together and started dating in 2019.
The couple then made an announcement about their engagement in 2021, and in November of the same year, they were married.
Hilton has been transparent about their path to conceive, acknowledging that she began the IVF procedure in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak.
The model told People: “We knew we wanted to start a family, and I was like, ‘This is perfect timing’. Usually, I’m on a plane 250 days out of the year, and let’s just get all of the eggs stocked and ready, and we have tons of them just waiting.”
