It was a bizarre turn of events when rumors swirled that the former president’s son had fallen victim to a hack on his X (formerly Twitter) account. Whether it was indeed a hack or not, one thing was for sure: things were about to get very strange.

The alarms started ringing when Trump Jr. began sharing a series of tweets that were nothing short of astounding. Among them, a tweet that left the world in disbelief: “I’m sad to announce, my father Donald Trump has passed away. I will be running for president in 2024.”
Piers Morgan chimed in skeptically, saying, “This is probably fake news.” And just as quickly as the tweet had appeared, it vanished into the digital ether.
But the wild ride was far from over. Trump Jr.’s subsequent tweets grew increasingly bizarre, leading many to conclude that his account had indeed been compromised. Among the outlandish claims, one tweet declared, “This just in: North Korea is about to get smoked.”
A third tweet took a shockingly offensive turn, directing profanity at @JoeBiden and using a derogatory term to refer to the President of the United States. The tweets ventured even further into the realm of absurdity with a mention of “interesting messages with Jeffrey Epstein,” the infamous convicted sex offender who met a tragic end in his jail cell in 2019.
And it didn’t stop there. Another tweet, equally bewildering, took a jab at someone named Logan Paul with a crass comment. Then came a cryptic proclamation: “Richard Heart is innocent, when I become president I am going to burn the SEC.” Richard Heart, a cryptocurrency influencer, had recently faced fraud charges from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
While these baffling tweets have since vanished from Trump Jr.’s account, the one about his father’s demise lingered for over half an hour before its removal. Yet, as of now, there has been no official statement or follow-up tweet from Trump Jr. to clarify the bewildering situation.
His younger brother, Eric, couldn’t resist adding some humor to the situation, tweeting, “I don’t want @DonaldJTrumpJr to get his account back – this is all too entertaining.” He even tossed in a playful jab, pondering, “What was @donaldtrumpjr password? Don2024?”
The Trump Organization offered a brief statement to the online publisher UNILAD, stating, “Don’s Twitter was obviously hacked.”
