Watch Our Video of the Week
Toy Story is without a doubt one of our all-time favourite movies. The Disney/Pixar classic follows a young boy named Andy and his toys, who come to life when he is not present, and the adventures they have while trying to get back home before Andy notices.
The Toy Story Experience, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house, certainly lives up to its name. It’s been designed to look and feel like the world of Toy Story has come to life. What a fantastic homage to one of the most well-known animated flicks of all time!
The furnishings are unique and colourful. Complete with a large iconic ‘Etch A Sketch’ from the film framing the television. Cowboy hats adorn the walls, and a neon sign reading “You’ve Got a Friend in Me,” the legendary song from the film’s soundtrack.
The living space, like Woody’s Roundup, has a western motif. If you’re a Woody fan, you’ll be glad to learn that the property in Texas boasts a spacious Woody-themed bedroom with a massive mural paying respect to one of the world’s most iconic toy cowboy!
The bedroom is covered with cloud wallpaper, a desk with a light that looks very similar to one in the Pixar logo, and a poster of Buzz Lightyear, and it’s where we first saw Andy’s toys come to life once the coast is clear. It appears to be the ideal hangout for any 90s child!
But it’s not just the kids of the 1990s who are having a good time. There’s even a tribute to Forky, one of the new characters introduced in the 2019 sequel Toy Story 4, which can be found in the kitchen!
Prices start from £329 a night including extra fees such as cleaning and service charges.
