Simon Cowell’s “unrecognizability” in a recent video advertising Britain’s Got Talent has alarmed some of his admirers.
The 63-year-old Cowell is renowned for his direct style on popular talent competitions including The X-Factor and America’s Got Talent.
The TV mogul recently made an appearance in a now-deleted video urging people to try out for the last season of Britain’s Got Talent, but his appeal for talented hopefuls has been put on hold because of his perceived unprofessionalism among viewers.
Cowell flaunts his remarkably flawless complexion, improved features, and trademark pearly white teeth, making him virtually unrecognisable.
Fans have expressed their concerns on social media, suggesting that these features may be the consequence of cosmetics.
A follower tweeted: “Holy moly, I almost didn’t recognise him at that point, while someone else chimed in with: “What’s happened to this poor chap’s face. Also, hair?”
A third person said: “He’s not looked right since he crashed that motorbike bless him,” and a fourth said: “Looks as though he’s lost quite [a] bit of weight as well.”
Over the past two years, Cowell has shed 20 pounds, according to the Daily Mail. This occurred as a result of the celebrity adopting a regular sleeping pattern and exercise routine following a motorcycle accident in 2020.
After his vertebrae were united, difficulties arose from the surgery that followed the crash. The actor was primarily bedridden for six months as a result.
According to reports, Cowell has changed his entire schedule to guarantee that he only starts meetings after 9 AM, as opposed to the early morning hours that he used to do before the crash, and he now walks 40 miles each week.
