Swift has never been more well-known with her first US leg of The Eras Tour recently ending and set to be the highest earning tour of all time. Because of this, the mere thought of a possible appearance in the MCU has caused a tonne of enthusiasm online amongst her fans known as ‘swifties’ as well as the Marvel fanbase.

Along with the spreading rumours that Swift may make a surprise appearance as Marvel Comics’ Alison Blaire in Deadpool 3 opposite Ryan Reynolds, who portrays the antihero, a piece of fan art picturing Taylor Swift as the X-Men’s Dazzler has been trending created by @defendinisart (which you can see below).
Swift is the ideal choice for the part since Dazzler, a pop phenomenon in the Marvel Universe with the same powers as Swift, can transform sound vibrations into light and energy beams.
Whether it occurs or not, Defendini’s work is a wonderful creation and we can only HOPE it comes to fruition!
But one thing we DO know is that Hugh Jackman is reprising his role of the X-men legend Wolverine after an official announcement video was published last year!
Since then Hugh Jackman has been showcasing his immense gym workouts over the past year to get into shape for the iconic character and just a few weeks ago images from the set were released showing Jackman and Reynolds together.
Jackman was dressed in Wolverine’s classic yellow costume famous from the comic books and looked great alongside Reynolds who once again has donned the Deadpool black and red costume!
It’s definitely not going to be one to miss and we can’t wait for the new Marvel movie which we have no doubt will be just as ridiculous, full of action and sharp cutting gags just like the first two movies. Bring it on!
