Cattrall claims that the CEO of the HBO television network phoned her and inquired about the conditions for her return. One of her requests was to have her hair fashioned by Patricia Field, a renowned costume designer who worked on the original series but not the revival.
Kim claims that after spending four hours filming the scene in New York in March, she “went home and had a large Martini,” never running into any of her three former co-stars.

Last night, Kim Cattrall was on air for a total of 60 seconds in a phone call scene between her character Samantha and Carrie.

The actress reportedly received $1 million (£790,000) to film the phone sequence in the back of a taxi, which works out to an amazing £13,166 per second of broadcast for the 20 words she says.
Now that is what you call a pay cheque! We expect nothing less from the actress who played the fans favourite miss Jones…but will we see her return for series 3?
