In addition to explaining why she and Elvis Presley “never had sex” before marriage, Priscilla Presley has made her feelings about their age disparity obvious.

The 78-year-old was present at a press presentation for Sofia Coppola’s forthcoming historical drama ‘Priscilla’ on Monday, September 4.

Priscilla Presley joined the discussion of Sofia Coppola’s biographical drama about her relationship with Elvis Presley at the Venice Film Festival press conference. 

When asked how it made her feel to witness her life on TV, she responded that it was “difficult” and that it was really upsetting.

‘It’s very difficult to sit and watch a film about you, about your life, about your love,’ she remarked.
‘Amazing work was done by Sofia. She completed her assignment, we chatted briefly, and I did everything I could to help her’.

Elvis Presley and Priscilla’s connection are shown in the movie “Priscilla,” which stars Cailee Spaeny in the title character and Jacob Elordi as the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll. Priscilla first met Elvis when she was just 14 years old. Priscilla matures and discovers her voice as she is sucked into his world.

During another panel session Priscilla stated that she “never had sex” with the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll prior to their marriage.

‘People think that was the attraction, it was sex. Not at all. I never had sex with him. He was very kind, very soft, very loving, but he also respected the fact I was only 14 years old’

Lisa Marie Presley, Only Daughter Of Elvis, Dies Aged 54

Lisa Marie Presley, the only child of the legendary rock musician Elvis, passed away at the age of 54, according to her mother.

“It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us,” Priscilla Presley said.

Also a singer, Lisa Marie was taken to the hospital earlier on Thursday. According to US media, she had a heart arrest.
According to US outlet TMZ, she was discovered unresponsive at her home in Calabasas, California.

“She was the most passionate, strong and loving woman I have ever known,” Priscilla Presley said in a statement. 

“We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss.”

Her mother made no specific comments regarding the potential cause of death.
According to a source close to Lisa Marie Presley, the celebrity was discovered unconscious in her bedroom early on Thursday. Her ex-husband Danny Keough, who still resides on the property, came about the same time and started performing CPR.
She had a “complete arrest,” according to the report, before a bystander gave her epinephrine, often known as adrenaline, to assist her regain a pulse.
Soon after, paramedics arrived and transported Presley to the hospital.
She had gone to her father’s home in Memphis, Tennessee, Graceland a few days before she passed away to commemorate what would have been his 88th birthday on January 8th.

At the Golden Globes Awards in Beverly Hills on Tuesday night, Lisa Marie Presley was last spotted in the open.
She watched the award event with her mother by her side, both of them in tears as Austin Butler won best actor in a feature drama for playing her father in Baz Luhrmann’s film.
The actor expressed his gratitude to the Presleys during a moving address for their assistance with the movie.

“Thank you guys, thank you for opening your hearts, your memories, your home to me,” Butler said. “Lisa Marie, Priscilla, I love you forever.”

Lisa Marie, who was born in 1968, continued her father’s musical legacy by pursuing a career in music. A total of three albums were published by the celebrity, with her 2003 studio debut album selling hundreds of thousands of copies and garnering generally favourable reviews.
The celebrity was also well-known for her high-profile unions with Michael Jackson, Nicholas Cage, Danny Keough, and Michael Lockwood, among others.
She had four kids, one of which was Riley Keough, an actor. Benjamin Keough, Presley’s son, committed suicide in 2020.

In August of last year, Presley discussed “the horrible reality” of her feelings following the death of her son in an essay on mourning for the US journal People.

“I’ve dealt with death, grief and loss since the age of nine years old,” she wrote, referring to her age when Elvis died in 1977. “I’ve had more than anyone’s fair share of it in my lifetime and somehow, I’ve made it this far.”

Grammy-award winning songwriter Diane Warren expressed her sorrow at the “horrible news”. The singer added that “the entire world is sending love and prayers to Priscilla and Lisa Marie’s children right now”.

Beach Boys co-founder Brian Wilson also paid tribute, saying was “hard to take when someone so young and full of life passes on”.

US pop star Pink described Presley her as “one of a kind” and “smart as a whip, sensitive [and] talented”, while Oscar-winning actress Marlee Matlin wrote a message for Presley’s mother Priscilla.

“I had the chance to know Cilla Presley when I was on Dancing With the Stars and as a mother, I can’t imagine the pain she must be going through with the untimely passing of Lisa Marie,” she said.
