Kate Moss went to see Johnny Depp perform at Jeff Beck’s London show just days after testifying in his favour, in lawsuit against Amber Heard.

The supermodel was spotted with Sharon Osbourne at Depp and Beck’s Royal Albert Hall performance on Monday, according to The Daily Mail (May 30).

Moss was said to have gone backstage with Osbourne after the event to party with the band and her ex-partner, Johnny Depp 58.

The 48-year-old was photographed leaving the after-party with a bodyguard, looking elegant in an all-black ensemble.

Moss came roughly 90 minutes before the Pirates of the Caribbean actor took the stage, according to the source.

Kate testified for three minutes via video in Depp’s defamation trial against Heard in Virginia last Wednesday (May 25).

When the two were a famous ‘it’ couple in the 1990s, there was a rumour that Depp had shoved her down a flight of stairs.

Moss stated in court that there had been a “rainstorm” and that she “slid down the stairs and bruised [her] back” when she exited her hotel room.

“He never shoved me, kicked me, or forced me down any steps,” she continued.

The former couple started dating in 1994 and stayed together for four years before splitting up.

Following the trial’s conclusion, the Edward Scissorhands star travelled to the United Kingdom and joined guitarist Jeff Beck at the Royal Albert Hall on Monday as part of the latter’s ongoing UK tour.

Depp was seen singing and playing his electric guitar during the surprise performance, which was his second after appearing with Beck the night before in Sheffield.

Some fans predicted his return to the stage after his first surprise appearance, yelling ‘Johnny!’ as Beck began his introduction of the actor.

“About five years ago, he knocked on my dressing room door, and we haven’t stopped laughing since,” Beck said, adding, “We kept it hidden for obvious reasons, but here he is.”

Depp began his career as a musician and established the supergroup Hollywood Vampires with Alice Cooper and Joe Perry in 2015, yet he is now best recognised for his numerous and varied acting appearances.

Beck and Depp played Isolation, a cover version of John Lennon’s 1970 song, as well as Marvin Gay’s What’s Going On and Jimi Hendrix’s Little Wing from their 2020 album.

Depp is suing Heard over an op-ed she wrote in 2018 in which she claimed she had been the victim of domestic abuse.

While it did not specifically name Depp, he claimed that it harmed his career and filed a $50 million defamation suit against Heard, who countersued him for $100 million, saying that her allegations of abuse were baseless.

Last week, the legal teams for Depp and Heard presented their closing arguments, and the jury, which consisted of seven members of the public, began deliberations at 3 p.m. on Friday (May 27) before adjourning for the day nearly two hours later.

On Tuesday, they resumed their deliberations (May 31).
