Get ready for a wild and thrilling adventure, movie fans! Director Rhys Frake-Waterfield is about to unleash the most epic sequel you never knew you needed: “Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2”!

The first “Blood and Honey” installment left us all flabbergasted by turning our beloved Pooh and Piglet into savage, slasher movie stars. Yeah, some critics weren’t too thrilled about it, but the internet couldn’t get enough of it, and the box office numbers went through the roof!

It’s time for round two, and Frake-Waterfield is promising some major upgrades.

In a recent sit-down with IndieWire, the director spilled the honey on what we can expect in the sequel. Brace yourselves, because Pooh, Piglet, and the gang might look a bit different this time around. But that’s not all; we’re going to get more of the one and only Christopher Robin! That’s right, the gang’s all here for a Pooh-tastic slasher showdown.

Frake-Waterfield had this to say about the changes in “Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2”:
There were some key areas from the first film that I really wanted to kick up a notch for the sequel. And one of those was the look of our beloved characters. This sequel is a true Christopher Robin and Winnie the Pooh extravaganza, just like it should be. To make that happen, we’ve delved even deeper into the whimsical world of Winnie the Pooh that everyone knows and loves.”

Now, the icing on the honey cake is that we’ve got a first look at none other than Tigger, who’s joining the gang in “Blood and Honey 2.” Lewis Santer will be donning the stripes for this furry character, and let’s just say, Tigger’s looking more fantastic than ever!

Believe it or not, Tigger was MIA in the first “Blood and Honey” flick. Why, you ask? Well, it turns out he wasn’t in the public domain when they were cooking up the first film. But no worries, because Tigger is bouncing his way into our lives in this thrilling sequel!

And wait, there’s more! The cast includes the talented Scott Chambers as Christopher Robin, Simon Callow as the enigmatic Cavendish, Ryan Olivia as the lovable yet menacing Winnie-The-Pooh, and Peter DeSouza-Feighoney as Young Winnie-The-Pooh.

The cameras are rolling, and more friends will be joining Pooh on his wild rampage.

Get ready for “Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2,” hitting the screens in February 2024. It’s going to be a honey-dripping, heart-pounding, and absolutely unmissable adventure. Don’t forget to grab your popcorn and hold onto your honey pots, folks!
