On social media, the incident has resurfaced, showing the actress from Indecent Proposal, who was 19 at the time, attending Philip Tanzini’s 15th birthday celebration.
According to the MailOnline, the film was supposedly shot in 1982 and first broadcast on Entertainment Tonight.
It was posted to YouTube in 2012 and has received an incredible 8.5 million views since then.
In the five-minute tape, Moore is seen kissing Tanzini three times throughout the course of the evening (1:22, 1:49 and 4:36).
Moore, who at the time was wed to Freddy Moore, is heard in the tape claiming that she adores her co-star and considers him to be one of her “favourite people.”
She says: “I love Phillip and he’s the only one I love… I love him dearly, he’s one of my most favourite people…
“He’s truly terrific and I really love him.”
Tanzini adds: “We’re going to get married by the way, don’t let her husband find out.”
Moore then exclaims: “I can’t wait.”
People have been calling the footage as “strange” and “disturbing” on social media since it was discovered.
In the enduring US soap opera General Hospital, Moore, now 60, portrayed Jackie Templeton from 1982 to 1984, and Tanzini, Jeremy Hewitt, from 1979 to 1982.
The Ghost actress went on to have a successful career, appearing in several early 1990s box office hits.
She has acted in movies including Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle and Striptease (2003).
Moore most recently acted in Amazon’s Dirty Diana, which is based on her podcast of the same name. She has previously been married to and divorced from Bruce Willis and Ashton Kutcher.
