Men shouldn’t expect their partners to act like adult film stars in the bedroom, according to Mia Khalifa.

The 29-year-old social media sensation and former adult film star known as Khalifa.

She uploads fashion and travel material to her impressive 27 million Instagram followers. She has more than 36 million followers on TikTok.

Khalifa isn’t hesitant to speak her mind and express her opinions; in one of her most direct interviews, she spoke with journalist Stephen Sackur about the adult film business.

The influencer appeared on BBC’s HARDtalk and discussed how p*** affects relationships while discussing its popularity.

At the time, Khalifa, who was 26 years old, said: “Everyone watches p***.

“It affects relationships, and p*** addiction is very prevalent – the things men see in the videos and expect from the women in their lives is not reality.

“No one is going to do those acts on a Wednesday night with the ones they love.”

Khalifa added: “I wanted to do p*** as my dirty little secret, but it blew up in my face.

“It was terrifying.”

When Khalifa started appearing in adult movies in October 2014, he quickly surpassed all other performers on P***hub in terms of viewership.

Her choice of profession sparked debate in the Middle East, particularly after she was seen wearing a hijab in a video.

The media celebrity from Lebanon discussed how this influenced her life in the interview.

Khalifa told Sackur: “I verbatim told them they were going to get me killed.

“I was scared. I knew that if I said no – they’re not going to force you to do it as it’s r*** – I was still scared.

“I was intimidated and nervous.”

Khalifa continued by stating that she later witnessed her Lebanese family start to separate themselves from her, which made her feel even more “alienated and alone.”

“There was no one to tell me what to do or say that this is wrong,” she said.

“My family had no clue what I was doing, and they disowned me when they found out.”

She added: “I just realised that some mistakes aren’t forgivable, but time heals all wounds and things are getting better now.”

Many people commended Khalifa for being so upfront and honest on social media after the interview aired.

One wrote: “I’m so happy this was posted. The p*** industry is disgusting.

“I admire Mia for not letting this tear her down and being an advocate against this heinous industry. Thank you.”
