The highly anticipated 365 Days sequel has been given a release date by Netflix.
“It’s about to get even hotter,” the streaming service remarked on Facebook, sharing some stills from the upcoming racy thriller. “On August 19, the following 365 DAYS will be available on Netflix.”
Now, in case you need a refresher, the original film revolved around a powerful Mafia leader who kidnaps a young woman in an unhappy relationship and gives her 365 days to fall in love with him…
“If this doesn’t send me in early labour, I don’t know what will,” one Facebook user remarked in response to the stills from the third instalment of the series.
“Omg, I can’t cope,” said a third.
“How hot can this get?” exclaimed a third supporter, while another added, “It had better be as good as the first.”
While no official synopsis for the third instalment in the series has been provided, it will loosely follow the third novel of Blanka Lipiska’s Italian 365 Dni series, on which the series is based.
“The global phenomenon and USA TODAY bestseller inspiration behind the Netflix film of the same name – the 365 Days series – continues as it follows the hot narrative of Laura and Massimo,” according to the GoodReads blurb for The Next 365 Days: A Novel.
Laura’s life is a roller coaster as the wife of Don Massimo Torricelli, one of Sicily’s most violent Mafia lords. Massimo’s unscrupulous opponents will stop at nothing to harm the strong man, and she is frequently in danger.
