Jenna Ortega, Wednesday’s breakthrough star, has formally agreed to join the ensemble along with actors from the original movies Winona Ryder, Catherine O’Hara and the main man himself Michael Keaton.

Jenna Ortega is rumoured to be playing the daughter of Lydia, Winona Ryder’s iconic teen goth from the original movie. Now, I know what you’re thinking – “But wait, hasn’t there been talk of a Beetlejuice sequel for years? Is this really happening?” It has now been confirmed that the movie will be released in theatres on September 6, 2024!
