Kate Moss was the first witness of todays trial, Wednesday 25th May, to be called up to via video link.

Moss was asked if Depp pushed her down the stairs during a trip to Jamaica.

‘He never pushed me.’

Asked if her ex has ever pushed her down the stairs or been physically abusive, she replied

‘No, never.’

After Kate Moss confirmed this, there were no further questions asked.

Kate Moss was called as a witness After Amber Heard named her during the lawsuit, the supermodel who dated Johnny from 1994 to 1997.

Heard mentioned Moss in her evidence on Thursday, claiming she felt a connection to her because of an allegation that Depp threw her down the stairs while they were dating in the 1990s.

However, by bringing up the alleged wrongdoing, Heard unintentionally gave Depp’s lawyers permission to summon her as a witness to debate the story, which insiders claim is false.

Depp’s legal team could be seen fist bumping and cheering after Heard brought forward the claim.

Moss will testified today via video link, to dispel accusations that Depp pushed her down the stairs while they were together, according to sources, who claim Moss has always been supportive of her ex-boyfriend.

“[Whitney’s] back was to the staircase, and Johnny swings at her,” Heard testified. “I don’t hesitate, I don’t wait — I just, in my head, instantly think of Kate Moss and stairs.”

“And I swung at him,” Heard continued of the alleged March 2015 incident between herself, Henriquez and Depp.
